Built Like Our Name.
Fourteen years of Richmond panels, permits, and first-pass inspections — run by electricians, not marketers.
Started In A Henrico Garage, 2012
Ironclad Electric began with one master electrician, one van, and a simple irritation: too many Richmond homeowners were getting vague quotes, no-show appointments, and work that failed inspection. We decided the fix wasn't better marketing — it was better process.
Today we run a team of 10 licensed electricians across the metro. The process hasn't changed: load calculation before quote, written price before work, county inspection passed before we call it done. That's the whole trick. It just requires actually doing it, every time.

Every claim below is checkable. That's the point of making them.
Licensed Hands, Local Names
Mike Reynolds
22 years in the trade. Still pulls wire on Tuesdays because the day he stops is the day quality slips.
Sarah Chen
Runs our commercial buildouts. Restaurants call her back by name when the health inspector is coming.
James Warfield
Owns the 24/7 emergency line. If your panel dies at 3 a.m., James is the voice that answers.
The Crew
Seven more licensed electricians and apprentices — background-checked, uniformed, and trained on the Ironclad process.
